WOODBURN – RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Position Summary:
Cashiers/Sales Associates set up displays, replenish shelves/coolers and merchandising grocery products. Additionally, assist customer transactions, bagging products, tracking sales, maintaining inventory and store cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Provides friendly and engaged guest care at all times.
Actively participates in the sales, packaging and demonstration of products.
Works towards acquiring product knowledge and expertise within department(s) in order to respond to guest questions and provide informative information about merchandise.
Responsible for rotation of merchandise and maintenance of shelves.
Stays updated on store specials, coupons and other store promotions.
Works in and cultivates a team oriented work environment.
Store is open seven days a week and may require evenings, weekend, and/or holidays.
Qualifications:
The ability to contribute in creating a customer focused work environment.
Basic Math skills necessary, including calculating sales and discounts.
Bi-Lingual a plus but not required.
The ability to work unsupervised at times.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally communicate with management, customers and co-workers. This includes answering telephone calls and using in-store radio system.
Must be at least 18 years of age due to equipment use and work environment.
Work Environment:
Work space will be on sales floor with additional time spent in stock room.
Physical activity: Lifting, standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, twisting, reaching.

WOODBURN – RETAIL SALES + PRODUCE EXPERIENCE
Summary:
Cashiers/Sales Associates set up displays, replenish shelves/coolers and merchandising grocery products. Additionally, assist customer transactions, bagging products, tracking sales, maintaining inventory and store cleanliness.
Receive deliveries, unload incoming shipments and move pallets, cases into storage or refrigerators
Stock shelves and replenish displays to maintain full appearance, including fronting and straightening products
Help set up displays
Assist customers on sales floor and checkout
Job Requirements:
2+ grocery/produce experience
Good communication skills
Solid reading and math skills
Physical abilities require continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, sitting and carrying loads between 15-50 lbs
